Ethnographic Research: A Case Study

What is Ethnographic Research?

Ethnographic research (clinical observations) is a qualitative research methodology that consists of observing the practices and behaviors of clinicians in their practice setting. It uncovers what clinicians actually do versus what they may say they do during traditional market research studies. Findings are qualitative in nature but provide deep insights into patient care and may validate or complement existing market research.
