• Field interviews and practice mapping — mapping the practices of thought leaders who have already found success with the product, revealing how they have overcome these adoption barriers
• Program curriculum design — capturing and documenting proven processes and techniques to show other physicians how to adopt and better utilize a product within their practices
• Tool design — adapting and standardizing tools already developed by clinical experts into a useful toolkit to assist less familiar physicians with program implementation and integration — toolkits may include:
