Novel Technologies and Methods for Distributing REMS Communications

One of the significant hurdles facing all risk management professionals is how to effectively distribute REMS communications to target audiences.  There are an abundance of channels (mail, email, via 3rd parties, field personnel, pharmacy dispensing, etc), but most have limitations, including:

  • Outdated or poor quality targeting lists
  • Insufficient reach (or coverage) of target audience
  • Concerns about comingling REMS communications with promotional activities
  • Uncertainty of whether message reached audience
