Jeffrey Fetterman brings a mix of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership to his role as President and CEO of ParagonRx. His corporate background includes leading cardiovascular marketing, clinical education, and strategic planning at DuPont Pharmaceuticals and serving as COO for DuPont Consumer Health. His entrepreneurial experiences led him to cofound Empower Health and later to cofound ParagonRx. Jeff has been in the pharmaceuticals industry for more than 20 years, and he has a chemical engineering degree from Lehigh and an MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Gary Slatko, MD, is cofounder of ParagonRx and has an unusually broad background in medical practice and the pharmaceutical business. He was a pioneer in the disease management field at Zeneca and GlaxoSmithKline and was also a business executive at DuPont Merck. With this diverse experience over 20 years, Gary is in charge of developing ParagonRx’s products and services. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami (Florida) and his MBA from West Chester University.

Kim Bullano, BS, PharmD, has over 9 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, both in drug Information and medical liaison positions at DuPont Pharmaceuticals and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. At ParagonRx, she brings her clinical expertise and technical experience in the design and development of programs that reflect insight into clinical practice. Kim earned her pharmacy degrees from the University of Montreal and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science prior to completing her post-doctorate residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Karen Collins-Lenoir drives customer service at ParagonRx, relying on nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Karen leads and coordinates client project deliverables and is responsible for market research and analysis. Karen holds a BA in organizational dynamics from Immaculata University. She previously held positions at DuPont Pharmaceuticals as budget administrator and marketing information specialist, where she gained clinical knowledge in cardiology, virology, and CNS therapeutic areas.

Gregory Corner is an e-communication wizard and is a program specialist at ParagonRx, providing IT services for all of the company’s needs. He was a UNIX system administration consultant for DuPont before coming to the company and previously held positions in electronic data management for Unisys, St. Joseph University, and other consulting and communications companies. Greg holds a BS in computer science from Villanova University.

Marc DeLuca is the proud designer of the database to support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (RxFMEA™) for the company. He supported himself as an independent consultant while attending the University of Delaware, where he earned a BS in biochemistry and where he performed research at the university’s Marine Biochemistry and Histology Laboratories. Marc manages and maintains software development for ParagonRx’s RxFMEA process.

Nanci Mayer-Mihalski is an expert in adult education and training and designs learning systems for ParagonRx. Nanci has a BS in biology from Manhattan College and worked as a research associate at the National Cancer Institute before joining DuPont Merck Pharmaceuticals, where she held many positions, including manager of its clinical education and health management area. Before coming to ParagonRx, she was executive vice president of IMPACT Learning, a development and training company.

Victoria Tait specializes in business operations for ParagonRx, overseeing legal matters, finances, and operational functions for the company. With over 20 years of experience, she previously held the position of corporate secretary, executive assistant and legal secretary for Atlantic Aviation. She worked for years as a legal secretary with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and other law firms where she gained experience in corporate law and other valuable skills. Vicki holds an associate of arts degree from Goldey Beacom College.
